Product Application: This machine is suitable for napping cotton and polyester-cotton fabrics.
Key features:
◆NF-988 The type of napping machine is a planetary-type, multi-functional carbon fiber napping machine, featuring carbon fiber and ceramic fiber napping rollers. The machine is equipped with protective doors and windows, ensuring complete sealing to prevent any fluff or dust from escaping.
◆ Equipped with a tension sensor, the fabric running tension features preset settings and automatic feedback, ensuring true constant-tension napping.
◆ The entire machine features AC variable-frequency synchronous drive for the power section, along with an imported PLC. Controller, human-machine interface, with dual functionality for both touch-screen and button control. The frequency inverter, contactors, buttons, and circuit breakers are sourced from either Schneider Electric (France) or Mitsubishi (Japan).
◆ Motor drive section: The entire machine uses synchronous belt transmission, and the reducer is from SUPERLOR, a well-known foreign-brand manufacturer. The main motor is supplied by Siemens.
